We operate as an engineering office in the area of energy and funding consulting as well as construction support for building renovations and new buildings.

We offer the following services for residential and non-residential buildings:

• Energy certificates
• Energy consulting / individual renovation roadmap
• Subsidy service
• Heating load calculation
• Calculation for hydraulic balancing
• Construction supervision

The following tasks await you with us:

• Customer advice on energy-related questions
• Data collection at on-site appointments
• Creation of renovation roadmaps for residential buildings
• Creation of energy certificates
• Construction supervision for energy-related renovation measures
• You ensure that an optimal customer journey is maintained, from the initial contact to the final discussion

You have:

• completed training in the craft sector or a university degree in a (construction) technical area
• certification as an energy consultant for residential buildings
• BAFA approval for energy consulting for residential buildings (EBW)
• experience in the field of energy consulting and construction supervision (desirable, but not a must!)
• communication skills
• fluent Knowledge of spoken and written German
• class B driving license
